The first micro USB port is power only and is the only one necessary for Seedsigner to Function
The second micro USB port is for data and power and needed to drive SeedHammer. For security this data port should not be connected to a computer as a power supply.
Lastly there is the mini HDMI connector should you wish to connect to a monitor.
