Refund policy
We provide refunds, repairs, or replacements if a consumer guarantee is not met. Minor Problems are outlined by the ACCC at their website.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Change of Mind
We do not provide for exchanges or refunds if you change your mind, found the product cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like the product, was not as expected, or no longer have a use for it.
Please note: as apparel are listed with sizing information in the product descriptions, we do not provide refunds on products on fitment unless there is a manufacturing fault that falls within Australian Consumer guarantees.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items outside of consumer guarantees, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. if this payment was made via Bitcoin, we will reach out for a return lightning address.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Return Shipping
We provide return shipping where return items are large or heavy.
Repair Notice
In instances of electronics being repaired, we provide notice that customer data may be wiped; it is recommended that consumers back up any data they do not want lost. We are also required to advised as part of this repair notice that Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
